This tandem physical modelling and computer modelling and drawing process has been a really useful way of initially testing the concept of using bamboo as scaffolding to hold formwork for casting. By making this composite model, I have been able to directly compare the different phases of construction and begin to convey ideas of time-based development in three dimensional form.

I feel that this process has served as a proof-of-concept for the construction methodology. Now, I want to take what I have learnt from this and use it to test out different forms. Moving forward with these new investigations, I want to continue to use a side-by-side process of modelling and drawing, as I have here, as I have found that they inform and complement each other.
